Shipping
- Processing: Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days, except items that are “made to order” (see the description of each product).
- Shipping Time: Once processed, orders are shipped via HP (Croatian Post), with an estimated arrival time of 3-21 business days.

Refunds
- Our Commitment: We strive to provide you with high-quality, handcrafted products.
- Replacements: We offer replacements for defective or damaged items only.
- Final Sale: Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sale items are final and non-refundable.
- Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email about its approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days, depending on your bank and original payment method, after we inspect and confirm that the item is damaged or defective.
Returns
- Return Window: You have 24 hour from the received date to initiate a return.
- Eligibility: Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Return Shipping
- Responsibility: You are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
- Deduction: Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Lost/Damaged Packages: Ruby Creations is not liable for lost or damaged packages during return transit.
